Welcome to Hotel Royal Palace Ladakh. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions regarding bookings, cancellations, and refunds. Please read them carefully before confirming your stay.
1. Booking Policy
- All bookings can be made directly through our website, by phone, email, or via authorized travel partners.
- A valid ID proof (Passport, Aadhaar, or Driver’s License) is required at check-in as per Government of India regulations.
- To confirm your reservation, an advance payment (part or full) may be required at the time of booking.
- Special requests (room preference, early check-in, late check-out, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 12:00 PM onwards
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in: Full refund (after deducting transaction/bank charges, if any).
- Cancellations made between 7–13 days prior to check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in or No-Show: No refund will be issued, and 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
4. Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the cancellation date.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, or UPI) used at the time of booking.
- Transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.
5. Modification of Bookings
- Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Any changes must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date.
6. No-Show Policy
- Guests who do not check in on the reserved date without prior intimation will be considered a No-Show.
- No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed in such cases.
7. Force Majeure
- In cases of natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, the hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings. Guests will be informed promptly, and refunds/rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. General Terms
- Guests are responsible for their belongings. The hotel will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage.
- Any damage caused to hotel property by the guest during the stay will be charged to the guest at check-out.
- Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who do not follow hotel policies, behave inappropriately, or fail to provide valid ID.
