Booking Policies

  • Check-In Time: 12:00 PM onwards

  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

  • A valid government ID/passport is required at check-in.

  • Advance payment may be required to secure your reservation.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations 14 days or more before check-in: Full refund (after deducting transaction charges).

  • Cancellations 7–13 days before check-in: 50% charge applies.

  • Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in or No-Show: No refund.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days.
